By introducing handles made with OceanIX material, Furnipart supports innovative solutions that help reduce plastic waste in the oceans while maintaining high standards of functionality and aesthetics. Ocean-bound plastic is transformed into a valuable raw material, giving waste a new purpose through thoughtful design. Furnipart works closely with carefully selected partners to ensure that sustainability is integrated into product development — not as a trend, but as a long-term commitment. The goal is simple: to offer designers, manufacturers, and distributors responsible choices without compromising on design or performance.

OceanIX isn’t just about recycling plastic – it’s about rethinking the entire process behind the products we surround ourselves with. Manufactured in Denmark, close to our roots, we maintain complete control over every step – from moulding and finishing to quality inspection. This not only ensures consistent, high quality, but also reduces CO₂ emissions from transport. By reusing plastic from the maritime industry, we help reduce ocean pollution and cut down on the need for new plastic production, which is often linked to oil extraction and a heavy climate footprint.
